It's value increase in Europe is not a fixed percentage, as it depends on many factors, but the market has shown a general upward trend. While specific data for Europe is not readily available, US market reports indicate recent significant price increases, with some owners reporting a 35% rise in value over a few years, suggesting potential appreciation across different markets.
I think it's safe to say that if the airplane (any airplane for that matter) is in good condition, all logbooks are present and it has a history of being well maintained, it's value will increase the coming years!
